!st Tim 4:1 Seducing spirits

hello out there I hope all is well with you today. The last time we left off, we were talking about the doctrine of devils, and that devil know how to teach. they teach people how to fail, cheat ,lie, steal, slap the wife, etc. if you didn't read that blog, i would encourage you to do so. today we continue with that teaching, In 1st Timothy 4:1 it talks about giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrine of devils. Look at the order for which it was written. 1] Seducing spirits 2] doctrine of devils. They can't teach you until they first seduce you. A seducing spirit is any spirit or influence that makes you do something against your will without you know it. I'm not talk about submission, where you yield your will to do the will of Jesus, i'm talking about You wanting to stop smoking but there is something talking in your ear[subconscious] that tells you that you want another one. These spirits will continue to say it until you either 1st rebuke them or submit to them. So let's began Jesus said in John 8:32, you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. In order to know the truth, we must first establish what is a lie. from here i will go to finish this blog in word document, because this particular blog site, will not allow me to break up the paragraphs so it will be easier to read. You may contact me for the rest of this teaching at Chuckvlewis@yahoo.com

1st Tim 4:1Doctrine of Devils

hello out there. I hope you are doing well today. I want to remind all of you that you have the power over these weather systems that are producing these tornadoes, damaging homes, business and taking lives. This is not from God, This is the devils' work. let's begin. In 1st Tim 4:1 it talks about seducing spirits and doctrine of devils. To put plainly, a seducing spirit is any spirit that makes you do something against your will, without you knowing it. It is subtil[Gen 3:1]. If you break that word "SUBTIL" into 2 parts, you get "SUB" which means "under" and " Til or Till" which has to do with sowing seed, hence the term "till the land". So the enemy is planting lies underneath a place where you can't see it. the underlying place is called the mind. Have you ever been to a park and seen some bird droppings on the park bench? what about your car? You know the bird was there, because the droppings is the evidence. This is how demons work, they leave their "droppings on your minds" and go and mess with someone else, you are left there to clean up the droppings. This is why our worship of the Lord brings a sweet smelling savour to Him, because the rest of this planet if full of droppings! The doctrine of devils means that these demons, know how to teach. The word "doctrine" means "teaching". So demons are going to teach you how to fail, how to stay in poverty, and how to slap your wife etc. In the old testament the word "DEVILS" is used 4 times[Lev 17:7,Duet 32:17, 2chron 11:15 and Psalms 106:37; however it is used many times in the new testament. The word "demons" is not in the King James Version of the Bible. the word "Satan" is used a few times in the book of Job. Other than that it is listed in 1 Chron 21:1,Psalms 109:6, Zech 3: 1-2]. the new testament mentions "Satan" many more times. Here is my point: in the old Testament, there was no open revelation of who was causing all this trouble. With Samson and Delilah, Satan was manipulating both of them, in one form or another. Especially in the book of Job. if you will look in the first 2 chapters alone, you will see that God did'nt put any of those things on Job. For satan to do anything in your life, he has to get you to confess something. when Job admitted fear[job 3:25], this gave satan permission to take everything He had. Let's look a bit closer at this and you'll see that the "Doctrine of Devils" try to make it seem like God is doing something to harm you, when it is actually them. In Job 1:19 there came a whirlwind[tornado] and smote the house where Jobs' "SONS" and "Daughters" were. It said that the whirlwind killed all of the "SONS". If the daughters were there also, why didn't the Whirlwind kill them? because it was a lie. The only reason why God said" All the job has in in thy power[job 1:12], is because when Adam was kicked out of the garden, the earth was turned over to satan, by default, that is all, nothing more. Job 1:14: The oxen were plowing and the Asses was feeding beside them. Common sense tells any farmer that if you couple a horse, and an alligator together, they will be unequally yoked. So Why are the "asses" feeding, while the oxen were working? because it was a lie. You have people like that in ministry, one does all the work while the other just eats and eats, without working. Job 1:17 uses the word ""chaldeans". If you study out the book of Daniel, Chapter 1-3,you'll see that the Chaldeans have a reputation of being liars. Even Nebuchadnezzer was a native Chaldean" [Ezra 5:12] If you will look at this Job account, you will see that the messengers were lying too. The 1st messenger came and said something, then the next said something, while the 1st messenger was still talking, then the 3rd came, while the 1st and 2nd messenger was STILL TALKING", then the last messenger came and said something, whil the 1st ,2nd and 3rd messengers was "STILL TALKING". So now you have 4 demons, saying 4 different things. This is to bring confusion into Jobs life, so he can't see what's really going on . None of these events happened until Job believed it. You find no where in the scripture where Job when to see or check out if what the messengers said was true, job believed a bold face, out right LIE. and look what happened to him. This is a perfect example of the doctrine of devils. Job 1:21, he said "the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord. this is also a lie. Roman 11:29 says that the gifts and callings of God are without repentance, so Once He give you something, it is not in His nature to take it back. People need to take time to search the bible for these truths, and stop guessing at everything. I want to go back a little bit to what I said earlier. In the old testament, When God wanted His people to occupy a certain territory, they would have to go in and wipe out all the people that are living there 1st. The reason why He did it that way is because He had not instituted a way to cast out devils, at that time. So the only way to get rid of the devils, it to kill the house that they dwell in, in this case it was people. Once you get into the new testament, Jesus comes along and shows us that we can cast out the devils, and still save the person. What have those devils taught you lately? Have they taught you how to sabotage your finances? What about your releationships? Have those devils taught you how to fail? Are those devils teaching you how to eat, so that years of bad eating will bring you to a premature death? Are they teaching you how to speed in your car so that it will cost you more at the pump, while you are breaking the law? Are they teaching you how to cheat on the income tax, steal office supplies, illegally dump your christmas wrappings and trash in someone elses dumpster, how to flirt with the opposite sex, when you know you are married?, How to gossip?, how to burn Cds' that you didn't pay for[ I will talk about that one sometime later] How to sexually satisfy your self without your mate? I know some of these issues are hitting you right where it hurts! if it will provoke change, you are better off. I could go on and on but I think you get the point . Make sure that what you hear in the spirit, measures up to the word of God. know the difference between the voice of Jesus and the voice of the serpent[devil, satan]. I'll give yuo this little nugget in info: in 1st Chron 21:1 it says that Satan stood up against David; when you call him "satan", you cause him to stand up and walk just like a man. Up until this verse, he was supposed to be crawling[serpent], not walking. his name is the serpent, but in order for him to walk around verses crawl around, you have to call him " satan". This is why revelations 12 called him "THAT OLD SERPENT", it is to say that this was his name from the beginning, after he fell to earth. the next blog, I will deal a little more with suducing spirits, and how it afftected Adam. I welcome your response

The presence Verses His voice

Hello out there. I hope all of you are doing well today. I was at a concert a few days ago. All the music was good and there was a move of God in that place. The next day while I was at work, The Lord asked me a question; " in the midst of all of all the noise, music, and screaming, did you hear me?" I had to think about that for a while. I said" well , one of the artist there spoke something to me that pertained to me, I thought that maybe it was You. His response was" that person was encouraging you, but that was not prophetic. I asked Him" what is the difference between the prophetic and encouragment, His response was " DETAILS". I want you to think about this; there is a lot of talk in the worship and amongst christians today about chasing after God. I will Chase after Him with all my heart. Jesus said in Mat 28:19 he's said" I will never leave you or forsake you". Why are we chasing after the one who is always with us? if Jesus is inside of us, Why am I searching for God? I know where He is! He is inside of me. I am His House[I cor 3:9]. If we get caught up with searching for Him, it creates in our minds that He is somewhere afar off, I assure you He is not. So lets begin: in Genesis Chapter 1, The spirit of God moved across the face of the waters; nothing happened, the situation didn't change until He spoke" let there be light". It is not enough to just want His presence, You want Him to say something. have you heard this in the scripture, " in the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy[Psalms 16:11]. The presence of the Lord is designed to bring joy, to the full until it overflows, but it is not enough to deliver a person. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Faith doesn't come by joy, it comes by hearing the word of God. Mat 4:4 says this" man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth[ present tense] out of the mouth of God. We don't live by joy, We live by the word of God. lets look at this a little deeper shall we? John 5:2-8: Jesus goes to the pool of Bethesda, and all of these people are laying around waiting for an angel to trouble the water. Question: If Jesus was there and all of those people were there, then why wasn't His presence enough to heal everybody? Notice that the one that got healed was the one He was talking to. His words is what brought the healing to that man, not His presence. John 20:11-16: mary runs to the sepulchre where the body of Jesus was supposed to be laid. she stoops down and look in and see these 2 angels in there. The angels[ both of them] said unto her, " Why R you Weeping"? There is something interesting in this story that I want to point out. In the first few verses of this chapter, Jesus rose from the dead. He told her that He was coming back from the dead, in 3 days. Why is she weeping? because she is walking by sight, not by faith, if she was walking by faith, she would have remembered what Jesus said, looked into the tomb, and rejoiced, not weeped. Even in the story of Lazurus, When Jesus raised him from the dead, John 10:30[ Jesus wept]not [Jesus is weeping]. Jesus got all of His weeping out of the way, and then said Lazurus, come forth. Jesus wasn't weeping while He was speaking to Lazurus. You see emotions can deminish your faith. Get all of your emotions out of the way first, then speak! Mary was with Jesus and did'nt know it. His presence alone was not enough to give her revelation that he was there. Jesus had to say something to her. When He spoke to her, that's when her faith was re-ignited, her response was "RABBONI", or master. The revelation of the master came, after He spoke, so Him just being there, is not enough, you want Him to speak Gen 3:8 the "Voice of the Lord" came walking: You see, If the Lord came walking, without saying anything, they wouldn't have known He was there. This is why the scripture uses the word "VOICE". If you'll notice, the His voice has the ability to walk. If His voice walks, and you can't hear is voice, it is because you have stop walking. Now you can undesrstand the term" For we WALK by faith and not by sight!"2cor 5:17. If you are anywhere where you can't hear His voice, get out of there because you don't belong there! If you are living by His presence alone, and not by His voice, you are still walking by sight, not faith. I listened for His voice in the middle of all that noise, and couln't hear Him. I should have never been there, and it was a gospel concert. Turn off the radio, tv, put the kids to bed, get alone with Him and listen. This will build your faith. remember, It is not enough to have His presence with you, You need a word form God, Always!
