Hello out there. I hope all is well with you. In this teaching ,we are going to cover the 1st chapter of Ecclesiastes. In the 1st verse, we see that everything has a season, and a time to every purpose "UNDER THE HEAVEN". From verse 2 to verse 9, we see that the words
"purpose" and "season" are not mentioned, however" TIME" is. All of these things that are mentioned in these 7 verses are things that dwell in the time realm. There are two realms we deal with as believers 1. the natural realm, 2. the spiritual[eternal] realm. The natural realm is where you are goverened by 5 senses[taste,touch,hearing,smell,sight]. The spiritual realm is governed by faith where by we walk by faith and not by sight[2nd Cor 5:7]. These verses tell you time, but it doesn't tell you which time. If there is a time to be born, what time is that? If there is a time to die, what time is that? So we see here that the time is established, however the chronological time is not up to God, but it is up to us. In Genesis 25:7, Abraham lived to be 175 years, he died in a "good old age", a man "full of years". The scripture didn't say that about sarah, she just died[Gen 23:1]. I want you to see that there was a time for them to be born, but the time to die was up to them. Circumstances cannot take you out, if you understand that your spirit is eternal and not locked into time. Your flesh is in the "seen" realm, but your spirit is in the eternal[spiritual] realm. God has seen when you were to be born and when you died. He did not state when are are to die. He saw it but didn't declare it. In Isaiah 46:10 it says He declared the ending from the beginning, " Ancient TIMES", from the things that are NOT YET DONE. There are some things that are not yet done,. If you can read thisblog, that means YOU ARE NOT YET DONE. The reason why He won't tell you when you are going to die is because he left it up to you to find it out. Ecclesiates 3:1 said that all of these things were under the"HEAVEN". So what happens above the heaven? what about in the heaven? So under the heaven all of these things exsist, but in the Heaven it's already done.
I've been to many funerals in my life and I hear this scripture repeated out of context over and over, Job 1:21, the Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord. First of all Jesus is a giver of life, not a taker, or else he would have killed somebody, while he was here. Job said this because he didn't know what was going on in his life, and he thought God did it. God didn't do it, jobs' confession of fear and his belief in what those messengers said
did it. The time to die is up to you. If you do not take care of your body, it will die without your permission. You have dominion over time . This is why Abraham "GAVE UP THE GHOST", Jesus "GAVE UP THE GHOST", it means they died where they wanted to and when they wanted to, SO CAN YOU. I'll be doing one more blog about dominion over time, then i'll be going to another subject, MANIFESTING THE SONS OF GOD. Hi Chuck;
ReplyDeleteI find the way you view things very refreshing as you are not just mimicking the same old outdated doctrines, but instead going into the scriptures as God meant us to do. In doing that you ask your readers to actually think for themselves as well as showing them where you get your thoughts from so that they can check it for themselves. I do have a question about this post though that hopefully you can help me with. I agree that God does not just set a time and say ok you will be born 12/2/1961 and die ?????? even though He does know when the time set is. And I agree that your soul operates on a completely different level, but when Adam and Eve (who I did some research into the fact that Adam simply called her Woman before the fall after reading one of your posts and discovered that the ancient Hebrew for woman is the same word as it is for Adam so you are right that they were both named Adam) were put out of the Garden it was so that they might never eat of the tree of life in their fallen state, thus ensuring that there would be a time for each of the body. But while the time allotted to each could and did vary widely if you read the genealogies however it did trend downwards. But, and I don't have it at my fingertips but I will look it up to make sure I'm not misremembering, at some period I believe after the tower although possibly the flood which is why I need to check myself and my memory God did set a limit of 120 years for man to live. So my question if I am remembering this right is while a man can still set his own time to die would he not be limited to that 120 year time frame?
Hello, thank you for your comment. It was very encouraging. I wanted to answer your question about the 120 yr span before the flood. In Gen 6:3 God said that mans days would be 120 yrs. this means that God was giving those people 120 yrs left to repent. Now think about this, it took Noah 120yrs to built the Ark. If he would have been lazy and finished the ark in 120yrs and 1 day, they all would have been destroyed. We find later that Sarah, Abrahams wife lived to be 127[gen23:1]
ReplyDeleteAbraham lived to be 175{gen 25:7]. So we see that there are many cases in which people lived well past the 120 yr mark. In Psalms 90:10, it talked about mans days being 70yrs, and 80 yrs by reason of strength. This was given to the children of Isreal[minus moses] for their disobedience. Now look at society today, if you'll notice that the Senior citizens benefits start at 65. When Abram and Sarai when down to egypt and Pharoah want to make her part of his harum. She looked good at 65[Gen 12]. What am I saying, society has trained us to think that 65 is old, so your subconscious mind will cause your body to start
breaking down around that time because it is what you believe. Start thinking eternal and you'll live longer. My wife and I have determined that if Jesus should tarry, we will live somewhere between 110 and 120 yrs. My words have declared it and the angels will see to it that the request is carried out. I hope this answers your question. God Bless
I'm confused. You're saying that you've decreed you'll live until 110-120? Do you mean that when you've decreed it, it doesn't matter whether you take care of yourself or not, that's what it'll be? There are many people breaking down physically way before 65 these days, because of the way people take care of themselves.
ReplyDeletehello, and thank you for your comment. I do take care of myself. Ive been married for 4 yrs now and i've lost 54lbs. I'm working on it. My confession is no good, If I don't act on what I believe. Thank you for that reminder. i hope other people will see your comment and act accordingly.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I appreciate the clarification.
